Service Principle and Professional Ethics

1. We shall keep all information of our clients and candidates as secrets;

2. We shall inform our clients with potential inconsistent matters between their expectations and the practical situation in the market before and during we lauch our search projects;

3. We shall strictly comply with related laws, regulations and policies and the priciple of fair competition when we carry out our work;

4. We shall not reserve any important information abour our clients or candidates which shall influence the decision making of both parties;

5. We shall not hunt candidates from our clients who have frequent business connections with us;

6. We shall, in an all-round way, respect our candidates' privacy and consider their personalities during the recruitment;

7. We shall always keep close contacts with our clients and candidates during every projects.

Service Type

1. Individual Search If you want us to search talents for an individual position, we shall charge according to the rank, search scope and difficulty of the position.

2. Package/Long-term Search If you want us to search talents for several positions at a time, or to cooperate with us in a long-term, we shall offer a preferential price. This service is often needed by newly-established companies or those companies who recruit a lot of talents every year.

Work Progress

1. To clearly identify the requirements and needs of our clients and fully understand their corperate culture;

2. To carry out search work such as search in our own talent pool, advertise on all kinds of medias or inquire related industry experts, and then select a group of talents;

3. To screen and interview talents, and then pick out several candidates;

4. To recommond candidates to and discuss with our clients ;

5. To arrange interviews between candidates and our clients;

6. To help clients and candidates negotiate salary and welfare packages and other recruitment items in order to protect the interests of both parties;

7. To verify candidates' background information and the authenticity of their certificates and diplomas;

8. To help both parties sign contracts of employments and follow up candidates' performance in new companies, and offer consulting service to assistant candidates to adapt to the new working environments.
